Hello my dear teenager who are about 15 years old!
During this period of time, you may easily get confused about yourself and the whole world around you.You may always think that nobody can really understand what you are thinking about. It seems like everyone is trying to offend you by words or behaviors. That’s quite normal and you do not need to be afraid or be mad. It shows that you are stepping into a new world which is much closer to an adult. People often call this rebellious period, however, i would prefer to call it as the most special period of time in your whole 15 years of life.
If you feel angry easily, please calm down at once instead of retorting your parents or teachers or friends. No matter how old you are, you should always keep this in mind because they are the ones who love you so much and you should never hurt them by your without-thinking words.
If you feel anxious, you can do more sports which can release your stress such as jogging or even just taking a walk with your parents or someone else that you can believe the most.During this sport time, you can talk to them or talk to yourself and ask yourself what is happening now.
During this 2 or 3 years, your body will also have some changes. You may become taller. The worse situation is that you find yourself becoming fatter. That’s ok because you need more energy than before to support your study and physical needs. Hence, do be panic and do not be moderate in eating. You only need to confirm that you are having a balanced diet and regular exercise. By the way, figure anxiety is completely unnecessary, it can do nothing helpful, except increasing your anxiety level.
All in all, I hope you can get through this special period of time with happiness. Both physical growth and mental growth are important. Thus, never ignore your own need and do not only try to satisfy others.
Wish a wonderful future to you!
Hii, Hayley
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and trust. I think the feelings you describe are a stage that many people go through in adolescence. It's common to feel confused about the world around you, but you're right. Please believe that it is not alone. In fact, it is an important period of growth that marks one's path into becoming an adult. I also hope that those who read this letter will feel warm and fuzzy. Thank you again for your gentle words
